Pro form rankings

Every tier-one pro this patch, scored against others in the same role: cores on farm, damage and survival; supports on wards, assists, healing and stuns. Team results count too, with wins over stronger teams worth more. "On fire" = top 15% recent form and winning at least 6 of the last 10. "Struggling" = bottom 15% recent form, losing at least 6 of the last 10 and playing below their own average. Only players active in the last 30 days, minimum 8 games.
