Ferdinand Christiaan Relling offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Dota Drafter Pro unlock. If the tool isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll approve it.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Visit paddle.net with the email you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund, or email us at support@nu-wave.tech and we'll arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically 3–10 business days.

After a refund

Pro features are switched off once the refund is issued. Your account and any drafts saved on your device remain available on the free plan, and you can purchase Pro again at any time.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Pro is a one-time lifetime unlock, so a second purchase on the same account is not needed. If you were charged twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate in full, regardless of how long ago it happened.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your order.
